Enjoy breathtaking vistas of Frenchman Bay, the
mountains and surrounding woodlands in our one-
story, private cottage homes built amidst the
natural rock formations of the landscape. Choose
from three cottage sizes ranging from 1119 sq. ft.
to 1880 sq. ft., each one custom built to allow a
wide range of optional flooring, cabinetry and features.
All cottages have two bedrooms and two baths,
attached garage, full appliances and year-round sunrooms.
Owners have full access to the amenities at the Inn,
including the dining and fitness rooms, library, salon,
transportation, health & wellness screening and a
wide variety of activities.
Our site plan includes a total of twenty cottages.
All have views of Frenchman Bay and the distant mountains of the Schoodic
Peninsula area. Important advantages of cottage ownership in addition to
regular services are that they continue to appreciate in value especially as
ocean view and sites abutting Acadia National Park become even more scarce.
We anticipate the remaining sites will be in high demand.

Our cottages are built to order and have a variety of
options to meet your individual taste and design needs.
From flooring to wall color, fixtures and cabinetry, you
may customize your new home. Base prices are for
finished cottages with fireplaces, hardwood floors in
living and dining rooms, vinyl floors in kitchen and bath,
tile in sunroom and foyer, and carpet in the bedrooms.
