The Inn
The Inn at Birch Bay Village offers apartments for rent, each with an enclosed screened porch and all appliances provided, including washer and dryer. Inn residents have easy access to common areas including the library, fitness studio, salon and a den. The Inn's dining room and outdoor dining terrace offer dramatic views of Frenchman Bay and the mountains. All residents of Birch Bay Village have priority admission to our assisted living program. We have recently acquired an Assisted Living Type II license that covers both assisted living services as well as personal care services, which is being offered to residents in the comfort of their Independent Living Apartments.
Good news! Birch Bay Village is now licensed to provide limited assisted living and personal care services to residents in our independent living apartments. This means residents can continue to live on their own, even after they find they need some extra care and support but are not quite in need of our around-the-clock residential care living options. Our new Assisted Living Type II licensing ... just one more way we're working to provide the care and services you need and want.
